Poem written by Creon
I complete tasks my master asks
but he wishes me banished
I wonder why he seems so ignorant when blamed
As he shakes his head in disapproval.
I do not look at him with an evil glare
But he doesn't cease to stare with hateful eyes.
All he asked was what I had to offer
and even family can't knit together our broken seams.
I try not to push on him others thoughts about him
but the words cut him deep.
Blood starts to seep through the gashes of guilt.
Could the accusation be faulty?
I sometimes wonder and I wish it not true.
Who could think dreadful thoughts about ones own brother?
Not me.
But your brother is not always as he seems.
